AGM Research at Breda University of Applied Sciences conducts applied, practice-based research at the intersection of games, AI, media and immersive technologies. With a multidisciplinary team of 23 FTE, AGM Research develops, tests and deploys serious games, virtual humans, digital twins and immersive media to address complex societal challenges in areas such as education, health, sustainability, journalism and spatial planning.

Embedded in strong regional, national and European ecosystems, AGM Research combines scientific rigor with design and engineering approaches. Research is closely integrated with education and carried out in collaboration with industry, public organisations and cultural partners, ensuring both academic quality and tangible societal impact
