Outsorcy L.L.C

Outsorcy is a staffing company based in Pristina. We recruit professionals in Kosovo and the wider region and place them in roles with companies in the United States and Europe.

The client interviews and chooses the person, and manages their work day to day as part of their own team. Outsorcy is the legal employer: we handle recruitment, employment contracts, payroll and HR. Our office in Pristina is available to the people we place.

The roles we fill most often are sales development (SDRs), software engineering and QA, marketing, customer support, finance and accounting, and executive assistance.

At KosICT we would like to meet:
- companies abroad that are hiring for these roles
- Kosovo tech companies, universities and training programes interested in working together on talent
