404Founders is a female-led cybersecurity and R&D company operating through entities in Estonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Our work spans offensive security and penetration testing, red teaming, AI and LLM security, adversarial testing, secure software, cyber resilience, threat intelligence, security operations, infrastructure and systems security, and technical testing and validation.

We support organisations with the technical implementation of the Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2 and the AI Act, translating regulatory requirements into security controls, testing, evidence and engineering work.

Our R&D activities include applied security research, adversarial validation, software and AI assurance, benchmarking, demonstrators and technical evaluation. We also contribute practical cybersecurity training and capacity building.

For European R&D and innovation projects, 404Founders can participate as a technical partner, WP or task lead, independent testing and validation partner, security engineering partner, or pilot and demonstrator partner.

We are also developing an emerging R&D direction in satellite, space and communications security, with a focus on cybersecurity and resilience rather than aerospace engineering.
