28DIGITAL (28DGTL) is a Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) founded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union. Headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, 28DIGITAL operates as an international non-profit organization with a presence across all European countries and in Silicon Valley, USA, through its regional offices and Ecosystem Leads.

Over 15 years, 28DIGITAL built a global multi-stakeholder platform - rooted in European values and open to the world - to turn knowledge into innovation, scale startups into global ventures, and build the next generation of digital talent. Its mission is to facilitate dynamic cross-border collaboration among experts from business, research, and education, creating an optimal environment for digital entrepreneurship and innovation.

The organization works across high-impact technology domains including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, advanced computing, and robotics, recognizing these as powerful enablers of societal transformation, digital sovereignty, and sustainable growth.
