HORIZON-CL4-2027-04-DATA-03 – Real-Time Voice AI Technology Partner for the Edge-Cloud Continuum

CandyVoice seeks to join a consortium preparing a proposal for HORIZON-CL4-2027-04-DATA-03 as a specialised technology partner in real-time, resource-efficient Voice AI for the Edge-Cloud Continuum.

CandyVoice develops mature AI/DSP components designed for ultra-low-latency execution across heterogeneous computing environments, from constrained embedded hardware to edge and server infrastructures.

Relevant capabilities include:

• AI-based speech enhancement and noise filtering for challenging acoustic environments

• Low-bitrate voice coding and packet-loss resilience for robust communications

• Real-time voice anonymisation for privacy-preserving processing

• Real-time voice deepfake detection for trustworthy communications

CandyVoice technologies are designed for low computational footprint and local execution. They can be integrated into embedded devices, edge nodes, gateways and server infrastructures, enabling AI processing to be placed close to the data source when required while supporting interaction with broader edge-cloud architectures.

Potential contribution to DATA-03

CandyVoice can provide real-time Voice AI components as concrete AI workloads and technology building blocks for the Edge-Cloud Continuum. These components can support research and validation around deployment across heterogeneous resources, workload placement, interoperability, low-latency execution, privacy-preserving processing and efficient use of computing and network resources.

CandyVoice can therefore contribute both deployable AI components and demanding real-time use cases for validating technologies developed within the project.

Partners sought

We are looking for a consortium/coordinator preparing a DATA-03 proposal, particularly involving research organisations, edge/cloud platform and middleware developers, computing infrastructure providers, telecom actors, system integrators and industrial end users.

CandyVoice can contribute mature technologies (TRL 6–8 depending on the component), integration expertise and real-world validation scenarios. CandyVoice received the 2026 International Critical Communications Award (ICCA) – “Best Use of Advanced Technology” for its Mission-Critical AI Voice Stack.
