Acclivity Ventures is a strategic advisory firm that helps deep tech and impact-driven founders secure non-dilutive grants and private capital. We specialise in commercialisation strategy, investor readiness, and capital structuring, supporting companies from early-stage development through to Series A–C fundraising. With a strong footprint in the European innovation ecosystem, we’ve delivered over £30 million in successful grant applications and supported 180+ investment transactions across sectors including AI, robotics, cleantech, and healthtech.
Our Founder
Flavia Richardson is an accomplished investment professional with deep expertise in venture capital, due diligence, and funding strategy for technology and healthcare ventures. Formerly CCO at Velocity Group and VP at Silicon Valley Bank (now HSBC Innovation Banking), Flavia led growth strategies, structured capital solutions, and managed high-growth client portfolios generating £4 million+ in revenues. Over the past seven years, she has closed more than 170 venture deals, specialising in financial modelling, non-dilutive funding, and Series A-C structuring.
As an expert evaluator for the European Innovation Council (EISMEA), she has reviewed over 200 projects and helped allocate €150 million+ in grant and equity financing to Europe’s most promising deep tech and health innovations.
