About me

Ahmed Rassili is a physicist and research & innovation strategist with extensive experience in European collaborative R&D, business development, and industrial innovation management. He holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the University of Liège (Belgium 1998) and has developed a multidisciplinary career bridging academic research, industrial technology development, and strategic project coordination.

At CRM Group (Belgium), he serves as Business Developer, leading the design, acquisition, and management of European research and innovation programmes under Horizon Europe, the European Defence Fund (EDF), and other institutional frameworks. His work focuses on advanced manufacturing, additive and digital technologies, circular economy, and sustainable material systems.

He plays a key role in identifying strategic funding opportunities, building multinational consortia, and supporting the technical and exploitation activities of large-scale EU projects. His expertise spans proposal development, work package structuring, stakeholder engagement, and project governance, ensuring strong alignment between industrial needs and EU policy objectives.
