Partner services offer on EU funded projects

The cluster is located at the heart of a strong innovation oriented ecosystem of 900 members, out of which 300 are well connected actors related to the security sector. This network gives us a high sourcing and linking potential and an already defined target for project’s both communication and dissemination.

All of the following skills have been established throughout almost 15 years of experience in European projects management and work packages leads :

• Collective intelligence management skills to make innovation/ideas emerge out of working groups (e.g. animation of focus groups, design thinking workshops..)

• Innovation marketing skills: 360° review during our members’ innovation projects

• Communication/Dissemination skills: organization of events, communication/dissemination strategy, creation of content and communication mediums

• Administrative project coordination and management
