About
Human Centric Approach: deep analysis and promotion of synergies between systems and humans, by implementing methodologies that enhance the capacity of robotics to perceive human’s state. This include the design of digital tools for workforce management. It permits personalised task distribution, based on these skills, real-time technicians’ workload scheduling on site, for instance.
Robotics & AR/XR/VR technologies: design and/or application of AR/XR/VR technologies to create digital tools for the tasks, adapting them to industrial collaborative platforms. Application of different tools (collaborative robots, exoskeletons) to analyse and process data, enabling efficient integration of such devices on processes.
Computational and AI-Based Models: design from scratch of real-time physiological monitoring and effort management modules to assess human performance. Development of user-friendly interfaces. Our personalized Machine Learning models can be here used to sort criticality of jobs, in terms of health and safety. Sensors and smart tools allow to automatically detect people working in dangerous or no-go areas. It brings benefits like job prioritisation to maximise time and cost efficiency, evaluate workforce’s upskilling, for instance.
Procedures Optimization and Operational Efficiency: design methodologies and data collection to optimize different levels of the processes, bearing in mind productivity and human well-being as focus. Support to new design of tools and systems towards innovation and product development, aligned with end-user’s needs.
