INEGI presents a wide list of competencies, including Biomechanics. Our Biomechanics research group is available for calls related with Human Factors. The group specializes in human movement, physiology, and ergonomics, making us a skilled resource for discussions on Industry 5.0 and Human Factors. We also perform product design for the use of AI in healthcare activites / work-related activities, where we develop algorithms to enhance the medical decision-making process. We also develop algorithms for physiological monitoring in working environments. INEGI plays an important role in Industry 5.0, providing its and techniques to design interfaces for human-machine interactions; perform ergonomic analysis; testing, investigating and analysing the influence of human error in processes; using advanced sensor technologies to evaluate and monitor fatigue, health and biomechanical parameters, in real-time, providing valuable data for design and performance optimization.
