Below there are some general UC descriptions, which might relevant to the project and other funding opportunities (especially in CL4-CL6), in which you are maybe involved: 

  • Advanced smart manufacturing in 3D printing (MasS) – printing to metal - robotized - CPS for remote programming an industrial station for Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM). Technology of a digital twin in virtual reality

  • Advanced  large scale printing to concrete for constructions (3DCP) - easy and efficient personalization of the manufactured products along with an inspection and quality control system. Data tracking and AI analysis throughout the product's lifecycle.

  • remanufacturing & circularity – AI based Robotized repair  and circular valorisation  of laptops and electronic devices. Implementation of  AI-supported models for elements of laptops,  image recognition and identification. Machine learning algorithms covering convolutional neural networks (CNN, e.g., YOLO - You Only Look Once) and Deep Neural Networks (DNNs), including attention mechanisms. data-driven recommendations for recycling/reusability/refurbishment of components.  product restyling or designing a brand new product

  • Circular Economy technology for efficient recovery of high-value materials by robotized disassembly of electronics waste. Aluminum alloys, steel alloys, copper, magnets with REE/WEEE

  • Remanufactured product Quality control & testing. manufacturing through machining of parts and subassemblies of any materials (including welded assemblies) that feature complex geometry and high precision/ quality control in relation to CAD model and reporting,

  • intralogistics with our AMR/AGV - cloud based real-time data acquisition from AMR and AI based data analysis on inventory, operations, and other relevant factors, providing valuable insights for decision-making to enhance Flexibility and Adaptability,

  • terrestrial robotic platform, featuring a new integrated solution using robotics & sensors, easy to use in different scenarios (terrestrial) for monitoring, reconnaissance and remote observation. PIAP’s platform can serve as a testing base for sensor featuring a new integrated solution using robotics & sensors, easy to use in different scenarios (terrestrial, costal) ensuring data collection

  • A family of specialized grippers for industrial robots. Offered  individually, designed and manufactured depending on the production profile, efficiency and diversity of the manipulated assortment. Including : grippers for: carrying entire layers of rolled mattresses, fluorescent lamps, bottles, plasterboards, car rims, bags, TVs and rollers with foil - Digital-Emerging-05 for soft robotics
