Digital and emerging enabling technologies

Below there are some general UC descriptions, which might relevant to the project and other funding opportunities (especially in CL4-CL6), in which you are maybe involved: 

• Advanced smart manufacturing in 3D printing (MasS) – printing to metal - robotized - CPS for remote programming an industrial station for Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM). Technology of a digital twin in virtual reality

• Advanced  large scale printing to concrete for constructions (3DCP) - easy and efficient personalization of the manufactured products along with an inspection and quality control system. Data tracking and AI analysis throughout the product's lifecycle.

  Continuous glass/carbon fiber reinforcement, Insulation retrofits (bio-based with conopy)

  Concrete 3D printing allows the use of reinforcement, which increases the durability of the structure. Distributed reinforcement in the form of short fibers is standard. Manual placement of steel bars during printing is also possible. We also offer our proprietary automatic continuous fiber reinforcement system, which integrates seamlessly with the process and ensures precise, continuous reinforcement without interruption.
