Nigel Titford

Nigel has worked for 25 years in the probiotics and microbiome fields, from the early days of developing BioGaia’s first dietary supplement products, through developing partnerships within infant and medical nutrition and establishing the company’s business in North America and Asia.  In 2017 he cofounded BioGaia Pharma AB set up as an incubator for pharmaceutical candidates selected from BioGaia’s ongoing research & discovery programs, two of which are now in early phase clinical development.  His role in Business Development for the parent company involves looking for strategic partnerships, and in-licensing and acquisition opportunities to supplement the product pipeline of the core business and to help grow BioGaia’s biotics business in new directions.
