KRD Global Group is expanding its technical team and we are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Renewable Energy Specialist to support our advisory services in Poland. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of clean energy development, technical due diligence, and international investment support.

You will play a key role in delivering independent technical assessments for utility-scale solar PV, wind and energy storage projects, supporting developers, investors, and financial institutions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments of renewable energy projects

• Review project documentation including permits, grid connection, technology, and contracts

• Support clients through the development, acquisition or financing of PV, wind, and BESS assets

• Analyse site conditions, energy yield, and compliance with Polish and EU regulations

• Draft professional reports and technical memos in English and Polish

• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including legal teams, EPCs, and lenders

🎓 Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in renewable energy (development, engineering, consultancy, or permitting)

• Strong knowledge of the Polish energy and permitting landscape

• University degree in energy, electrical engineering, environmental studies, or related fields

• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)

• Confident using MS Office, and ideally familiar with tools like PVsyst, AutoCAD, or GIS

• Independent, detail-oriented, and motivated to work in a fast-paced international environment
