TechHope Transitions Inc

TechHope Transitions (THT) is a 501(c)(3) U.S.-based nonprofit that connecs socially responsible companies in the US and beyond with vetted Ukrainian IT teams while preparing young talent with a focus on women and veterans, for real-world technology projects.

At THT, we successfully have been implementing a unique approach to IT outsourcing. We deliver end-to-end IT and engineering services and solutions by connecting socially responsible companies in the United States and beyond with vetted Ukrainian tech teams.

THT is not a typical outsourcing platform, nor are we a donation-only nonprofit. We combine a strong social mission with a practical, business-minded approach. We serve as the strategic interface between enterprise clients and delivery vendors, providing front-end project management, compliance oversight, contracting support, quality assurance, and delivery coordination.

At the same time, we invest in the next generation of Ukrainian technology professionals. Through our university-based IT incubators, we train young talent, with a particular focus on women and veterans, and integrate qualified participants into real-world projects at no additional cost to the client.

This model creates value on multiple levels: it delivers high-quality technical solutions, generates meaningful project cost savings, develops the next generation of technology leaders, and contributes to Ukraine’s long-term economic resilience and sustainability.
