Aidealab built CultureAId, the first digital cultural mediator. Public offices and large service providers rely today on occasional, on-call interpreters; CultureAId turns that into a structured service, available at every counter, every day. Citizens get access that is autonomous, informed and dignified, regardless of their language or their digital literacy — and so does anyone else hitting a communication barrier at the desk, including people with sensory or cognitive disabilities.

Across Europe, 36M foreign residents access public and private services through occasional interpreters: slow, costly, rarely available. Aidealab built CultureAId, multilingual conversational AI embedded in the front-office workflow, sold as SaaS (avg contract 50k/year; TAM 678M in IT, FR, ES, DE). Two contracts in six months (City of Turin, Iren); revenue to 1.22M by 2030. Four co-founders from Microsoft, Accenture, Almaviva. Raising 100k F&F, then 200k pre-seed in 2027 for product, sales and team.
