Michel has 20+ years of proven multinational experience in CX BPO sales, account management and operations. True relationship builder who traveled in 45+ countries, 5 continents and speaks 5+ languages. He is a SME in Artificial intelligence, BPO, Outsourcing, Digital Transformation, Chatbot, ChatGPT, Contact Centers, CX Consulting, APAC, EMEA, LATAM.

Strong CXM BPO prior experience at TELUS International and Teleperformance developing partnerships with global brands across 20+ countries in EMEA and APAC, and prior to that a long and successful career at Xerox. Michel holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering and speaks four languages including fluent French, English, Greek and Lingala plus a basic conversational level in Mandarin and Spanish. Michel is involved in numerous charity races, through his marathon running.
