VPSA N2 Generator

VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) is particularly suitable for projects requiring oil-free nitrogen production at low pressure with high efficiency. The system operates at low pressure (<1.0 bar), making it energy-efficient and maintenance-friendly.

The integrated circulation and injection system enables fast pull-down times, allowing storage rooms to quickly reach the desired atmosphere conditions. The oil-free blower used in our VPSA systems prevents contamination of the carbon molecular sieve (CMS) by residual oil. In combination with the low-pressure operation and vacuum regeneration, this more than doubles the expected lifetime of the carbon.
