Über mich

Harald Mayer is Deputy Director of the DIGITAL Institute at JOANNEUM RESEARCH and an expert in web-based information systems, multimedia, and digital technologies. Having joined JOANNEUM RESEARCH in 1990, he brings extensive experience as a research engineer, project manager, and EU project coordinator (including APOSDLE, NEXT-TELL). He has also served as an evaluation expert for the European Commission. After leading the research group 'Connected Computing,' he assumed the role of Deputy Institute Director with strategic responsibility for more than 130 employees. He is the author of around 50 publications in his fields of expertise.
