We are developing a high-performance electric bike for off-road recreational use – a vehicle not

certified for public road use. This unique bike is targeted at controlled environments and private venues

such as resorts, events, and adventure parks. The concept is to offer riders a thrilling, eco-friendly

experience in places like festivals, glamping sites, golf courses, campgrounds, zoos, nature reserves,

and similar destinations. Rentals will be on-site and directly managed (with staff providing

instructions and safety guidance), rather than free-floating city rentals via a mobile app. In parallel, we

plan to sell the bikes to individual consumers and organizations, building a network of distributors and

showcase partners (e.g. local sports shops, “cool” venues, karting clubs) where people can see, try, and order the product.
