He has led over 30 successful marine expeditions
Andrew has over 18 years of successful project management experience leading teams with the design, manufacture and deployment of autonomous marine systems as well as maintaining underwater robots He is also involved with the processing of data outputs and ensuring that the client's needs are met. Andrew has been involved in the development of more than 5 autonomous marine platforms and has led expeditions on a global basis collecting seabed and underwater data.
Previous to starting PicSea Andrew worked at the University of Sydney designing, maintaining and deploying vehicles as well as processing and distributing data to clients worldwide. He has led expeditions all around Australia as well as in Japan, Italy and Jamaica. He also has worked as a professional diver and vessel master. He is an expert at getting the right equipment and the right people to the right place, getting the data and getting everything and everybody back safely. His real passion is getting information and answers that organisations really need by building technology services that would make it otherwise impossible.
