Since 1972, we have dealt with R&D, Engineering, mold construction, and Plastics injection molding of technical components and aesthetic items for many industrial sectors.
We specialize in Metal Replacement with high-performance polymers and Eco-Design to develop low-carbon footprint products with recycled and expanded polymers and biopolymers.
Since 2011, we have been accredited as a Research Laboratory to the Emilia-Romagna High Technology Network and manage Customers' R&D Projects, Regional and European Research Projects.
We act as a Full System Supplier to allow our Customers to simplify the supply chain management and speed up the supplies.
METAL REPLACEMENT with HIGH PERFORMANCE POLYMERS
We specialize in Metal Replacement with experience gained since the early ‘80s. In 40 years of project development, carried out in co-design with Customers and Suppliers, we have achieved remarkable results in terms of performance improvement and greater competitiveness. Today, we also see a strong interest in the reduction of the Carbon Footprint obtained through lightweighting with Metal Replacement.

We have many years of experience participating in National and European R&D projects. We are available to participate in new projects in our areas of expertise (injection molding technologies, eco-design, polymeric materials, etc.) or as end-users for complementary technologies, innovation processes, etc.
