The Digi-Opt group at UNIMORE(University of Modena and Reggio Emilia) within the Department of Sciences and Method for Engineering (DISMI )has been active for years in developing advanced solutions for data analysis and decision support in complex contexts. Our methods combine data science, machine learning, and optimization, and are designed to handle large volumes of data through statistical analysis, advanced reporting, and efficient algorithms for forecasting and process improvement. We mainly operate in the logistics and manufacturing sectors, addressing challenges such as time series analysis, demand forecasting, the development of interactive Business Intelligence dashboards, and resource planning and scheduling.
