About

As R&D intensive SME Seacon Europe aims to enable new ways of discovering and accessing digital information for producer, consumer and waste processing industry about the products and packaging along the supply chain. The concept addresses a specific technology and method related to information service and exploration.

Our solution aims to supports manufacturers to trace the maximal detailed attributes and quality characteristics of their products at the batch level. It provides opportunity to the inherited incorporation of the attributes and characteristics of the processed raw materials. Measurement or sensory information/descriptions/images/videos generated during processing can be linked. All this is also achieved in the case of products with multiple processing phases and components. Even 100+ attribute descriptive information can be linked per product. Product integrations can be traced dynamically and graphically.

Multi-level access to information: the QR code displayed on the products and packaging makes different content available to users with different authorizations. The QR codes placed on the packaging provide the producer with data related to the detailed parameters, components and pro-duction process of the packaging material. By scanning the same QR code, a customer can receive useful information about the appropriate waste collection method (taking into account the local regulations) as well as educational materials (e.g. related to to the circular economy and selective waste collection). By scanning the same QR code, authorities can get the information they need and which are elementary regard the quality. And by still scanning the same QR code, the waste management can also receive the necessary information needed for the appropriate and most efficient waste processing and recycling in relation to the product and packaging.
