Reporting is the process of accounting for the expenses actually and definitively incurred by all the parties in the partnership for the implementation of the project. The release of the financing by the Grantor occurs only if the evidence of the expenses “advanced” by the parties involved in the project are provably demonstrated and follow the intricate sequence of formal and procedural obligations for submission.
