Health needs Reputation

Within our Employee Assistance Partnership (EAP) framework, we seek European partnerships to make health-related changes resulting from evolving working conditions digitally measurable, transparent, and manageable.

Our objective is to develop and implement standardized digital measurement tools that provide traceable insights into stress factors, resilience, work ability, and organizational health. The generated data enables managing directors and responsible executives to allocate corporate and organizational resources more effectively and sustainably.

This approach aligns with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) requirements, particularly within the “Own Workforce” dimension, integrating corporate health management with governance, reporting, and reputation strategy.

Our ambition is to establish health as a strategic performance indicator — evidence-based, transparent, and future-oriented.
