Powder and feedstock production

GREEnMat is university lab specialized in production of powders and feedstock for additive manufacturing, battery field and pharma. GREEnMat is envolved in many projects dealing with material recycling and to produce valuable powders.

GREEnMat expertise is focused on:

-production at pilote scale (kgs) of metal powders reactive as aluminium or non reactive powders as copper, steel, silver, platinium or even allows. Good way to produce pilote quantities to tests news compositions or allows and give more value to metal issued from recycling. Maximum melting temperature is about 2100°C.

-powder classification to produce on demand specific batches with a strict control of granulometry. Pilote unit to classify commercial batches and or on demand produced metal powders batches.

-protection and coating of powders using pilote spray-drying procecess to protect particule surface or to agglomerate nano, submicro or micronic particles to produce on demand particles with a strict physico-chemical composition and size. GREEnMat produces ceramic, metallic or organic particles using spray-drying process from aqueous or not aqueous solution or suspensions
