Matei Dumitrescu

I am Matei Dumitrescu, an entrepreneur, investor, tech leader and ecosystem builder working at the intersection of startups, technology, capital and impact. I founded in 2019 the Institute for Excellence in Entrepreneurship, to help founders become more prepared, connected and investment-ready.
I lead Graal Soft, a software and AI company that builds digital products, MVPs, automation and AI solutions for companies and startups.
My background combines startup acceleration, venture investment and practical technology building: from the Investment Ready Program in Vienna and Impact Days, to Founder Institute, Commons Accel, TechAngels, the European Innovation Council as jury member and Fil Rouge Capital, a regional VC player with around €100M assets under management where I serve as a Partner.
I am also a board member of the Romanian Software Industry Association, where we work on innovation, technology policy and the future of the software industry.
