In 2020, I founded Fermentful with a mission—to contribute to a healthier and more joyful society by inspiring individuals to make mindful and conscientious choices about their food. Specializing in the creation of fermented plant-based drinks crafted from green buckwheat, Fermentful offers a seamless solution for prioritizing daily gut health.
Leveraging a robust background in the fashion and food industries, I have cultivated a profound personal interest in sustainability, the food-as-medicine concept, and the innovative realm of new product development. In shaping my approach to business strategy, I am dedicated to enriching it through the integral role played by biotechnology and science-backed solutions.
