Gabriela Gandel

As an experienced leader of impact-driven global organisations and a management consultant, Gabriela is committed to building effective organisations at the intersection of business results, social impact and environmental sustainability.

She spent her last 16 years as an executive manager with a mix of not-for-profit and for-profit global organisations spanning over 60 countries worldwide. As an Executive Director, she led Impact Hub Global (2011-2021), Future Considerations (2008-2011) and AIESEC International and Romania (2005-2008). As a consultant, both through her own company at Venture Road Ltd and in her consulting job at Future Considerations, her clients included EU, HSBC, KPMG, BP, TATE Britain, ProVita Romania, RoPot, Human Invest, SIA, WU. Throughout her career, Gabriela led several multinational teams and had direct coaching engagements with over 40+ leaders.

Currently, she splits her time between independent business consulting projects for impact-driven organisations and serves on the Board of the Impact Hub network, helping build strategic partnerships and policy-influencing initiatives. And with this pursuing her stand of helping strengthen the shift to an impact economy.
