Alexander Zwirzitz

I am a trained molecular biologist who is working as project manager and lecturer in academic applied science, as a freelance consultant for the pharmaceutical industry and as a biotech spin-off founder (to be).

During the Covid-19 pandemic i became interested in improving medical diagnostics. During the past years, me and my team developed an innovative and low-cost technology that enables a rapid identification of pathogens. At the moment we are creating primary experimental prototypes for the diagnosis of livestock diseases and aim to found a start up for commercialization.
