Lucia Grebac

Lucia Grebac serves as the Educational Lead at Zmudri, where she builds bridges between information and understanding through critical thinking and media literacy. Previously, she honed her expertise in Learning & Development as an Instructional Designer at Hilti and Senior L&D Specialist at Uber. After working abroad, Lucia returned to Slovakia with a mission to give back to her home country. She holds degrees in Organisational Psychology from Utrecht University and Adult Education from Linköping University. Lucia's work focuses on understanding how people learn—and how they don't—to create more effective educational pathways.
