About me

I find great satisfaction in making finance work for achieving positive social and environmental impact. As finance is tricky, a solid institutional setup is key for delivering financial solutions sustainably. Over 25 years I have built and managed in executive roles banks, consultancy and asset management with the aim to build a better environment for financing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises as well as delivering green finance solutions. I have worked mainly in Germany, South-Eastern Europe, Eastern Europe, Russia, Central Asia and China. Looking ahead, the need for investments with positive environmental and social impact in emerging markets continues to keep me going.

I engage on projects or mandates that are about making finance a powerful force for good! Coming together with diverse and committed people, involving myself into truly open communication, cultivating entrepreneurship, solving problems and never compromising credibility are key pillars of my work.
