Lisa Hiery

Hi, I’m Lisa, Co-CEO at Yunus Social Business Gmbh. I believe that it is every organization’s job to contribute to a desirable future for everyone.

I’m a political journalist by training and an innovator by heart. I took my first professional steps in storytelling, consulting and digital innovation. I started off my path in impact by creating campaigns for a better future and then craved to turn from a teller into a doer. I’ve built the German government‘s leading startup collaboration initiative, de:hub, then became a corporate social innovator, creating a global impact accelerator for social entrepreneurs in mobility and transport. Having built my first-ever social innovation practice in a corporate I transitioned to entrepreneurship, as a solo entrepreneur and then a member of YSB. Here I’ve built multiple global intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship initiatives and partnerships with sector partners, corporates and philanthropic entities - all for the sake of making business a force for good. Today I am proud to lead an incredible team of change makers from both my home office in Munich and the various project locations we operate in.
