As the Managing Director of Social Impact Award (SIA), I lead one of the world’s largest communities for early-stage social entrepreneurship, providingimpact-driven entrepreneurial journeys for young social innovators across more than 20 countries on four continents. My work is driven by the conviction that the most powerful lever for systemic change is radical trust, specifically, the belief that the next generation should be the primary architects of the solutions to the crises they inherited.

​At SIA, we see social entrepreneurship not just as a business model, but as a series of vital experiments in how to live and work within planetary and social boundaries. We empower thousands of young innovators to move beyond extractive mindsets, but instead to build ventures that prioritize the commons over self-interest and distributed power over hierarchy. In a time of deep systemic tension, I advocate for a social impact ecosystem that treats participation as a fundamental right and social ventures as the "lighthouses" that reveal a more regenerative, just, and community-rooted future is actually possible.
