markta connects food producers and consumers, bringing truly good food to our tables. markta is revolutionizing access to our food with a digital farmers' market—an innovative platform for regional food. markta is an online platform where you can shop directly from local producers and learn more than what fits on a label. markta deliberately focuses on personal exchange so that we can see and experience the true value of good food. Today, a few retail chains and corporations dictate what ends up on our plates every day. As a result, the diversity and quality of our food suffer, and more and more small producers and farmers are forced to close their businesses. We can change that! With markta, we are building an alternative to supermarkets and the global food trade, ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality, locally sourced food.
