Tumi Sineke is deeply passionate about fostering inclusive spaces and supporting groups in addressing issues of inclusion and belonging. She works at the intersection of inclusion and business development.
She does this working across South Africa and Europe as an inclusion advisor to large businesses, as well as coaching early-stage businesses run by underrepresented founders. One of her key strengths lies in her coaching mindset, which she brings to every aspect of her work.
By combining her training in international diplomacy with her background in product development coaching, project implementation, and workshop facilitation, Tumi applies systems thinking to effectively navigate the complexities of fostering collaboration and achieving exceptional outcomes among diverse teams.
