About
Frankenburg Technologies is a European defence technology company building affordable, mass-manufacturable missile systems.
Our mission is to equip the free world with the technologies needed to win the war by changing the economics of missile defence. We do this by designing missile systems that are affordable to produce at scale and can be manufactured locally in sovereign supply chains.
To enable this, Frankenburg’s systems are designed from the outset for cost, speed, and scalability. We combine modular architectures, commercially available components, and containerised manufacturing to enable rapid, localised production close to the point of use.
This manufacturing-first approach supports our growing missile portfolio, from counter-drone systems today to broader air-defence and precision-strike capabilities.
Our flagship system, Mark I, is a high-precision guided missile designed to defeat low-flying unmanned aerial systems (UAS), including drone swarms, at short range (<2 km), providing cost-effective point defence for military units and critical infrastructure. Mark I is the world’s smallest and lowest-cost guided missile, engineered from the outset for sovereign, easily localised mass production, reducing intercept costs by more than 10–20× compared to traditional MANPADS-class interceptor missiles.
Headquartered in Tallinn with operations in Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine, Frankenburg is building Europe’s next-generation missile house.
