LR Pure Beilngries GmbH – formerly Biersack Aerospace – continues its Aerospace and Defence business under the LR Pure brand.

We are specialized in EN 9100-certified high-performance machined parts and assemblies, as well as in ultra-clean solutions for gas and fluid systems used in Space, Aerospace, and Defence applications.

Our scope of services includes design, pipeline construction, machining, surface treatment, industrial component cleaning, cleanroom manufacturing and assembly, laboratory and analytical capabilities, and on-site service – all from a single source.

This also includes on-site service in industrial facilities, particularly in the field of ultra-pure gas and fluid systems, covering everything from installation to maintenance of complex systems.

With state-of-the-art engineering, CNC, cleaning, laboratory, and cleanroom technologies, we develop and manufacture components and systems that meet the highest standards of cleanliness, precision, and reliability.
LR Pure operates three production sites and two service offices and is involved in numerous civil and military programs – in both aircraft and vehicle manufacturing.

Through innovative processes in surface treatment, cleaning, analysis, and system integration, we create optimal conditions for high-performance components and systems used in sensitive and extreme environments.
