Caelex is a compliance intelligence platform purpose-built for the European space industry.

National space laws across EU member states remain fragmented and rapidly evolving. Combined with new EU-level frameworks (NIS2, CER, EU AI Act) and dual-use export controls, operators face a compliance landscape that is no longer manageable through manual processes and spreadsheets.

The platform serves three stakeholder groups:

Space operators managing licensing, cybersecurity and reporting obligations across jurisdictions – Law firms advising space-sector clients on regulatory matters – National competent authorities supporting operator supervision and structured oversight

The platform is in production with our first active pilot, a German space law practice. We are now opening the operator- and authority-facing capabilities to first design partners.

At ILA Berlin, we're looking to meet: – National space agencies, competent authorities and EU institutions involved in operator licensing or supervision – Space operators (incumbents and NewSpace SMEs) navigating cross-jurisdictional compliance – European space law practices – Cybersecurity and export-control specialists working with the aerospace sector – Potential design partners, industry references, and validation partners
