GIMAS (Moroccan Aerospace Industries Asociation)

GIMAS (Groupement des Industries Marocaines Aéronautiques et Spatiales) is the official federation representing Morocco’s aerospace and space industry, working to enhance its competitiveness and international visibility.

GIMAS federates, represents, and defends the interests of Moroccan aerospace companies across public and private stakeholders, both nationally and internationally. It also organizes the Aerospace Meetings Casablanca and actively represents its members in major global airshows and industry events, including Paris Air Show (Le Bourget) and Farnborough International Airshow.

To support the industry’s growth and address workforce needs, GIMAS contributes to the development of specialized training programs through the IMA (Moroccan Aerospace Institute) and ISMALA, dedicated to MRO training.

GIMAS also promotes innovation, research, and development to strengthen regional competitiveness and drive value creation, with the ambition to position Morocco as a leading aerospace hub.
