R&D Lab for prototyping composite production. Indeed, E.P.T.T.  is the acronym of ESEA Platform of Technological Transfer, located at ESEA’s headquarters in Cepagatti, Italy. E.P.T.T.  is a complete manufacturing and testing laboratory for composite production, that ESEA makes available to Customers to study and develop new products and new processes. E.T.T.P.  houses the following the industrial technologies in machine lab scale execution:

• Additive manufacturing machine

• Towpreg machine

• Filament Winding machine

• Automated Fiber Placement machine

• Cutting machine

• Polymerization cure machine

• Burst test machine

Our R&D laboratory for the development of composite parts is basically make available to our Clients for the following activities:

(1) Prototyping and/or pre-production of composite parts

(2) Validation of production processes

(3) Conduct tests with the customer's production machines and raw materials

(4) Define the correct functional design prior to purchasing the industrial machine.
