ERKO AERO | AS9100 certified supplier of precision sheet metal & machined components for serial aerospace production

ERKO AERO is a Polish manufacturer of aerospace components, specialising in precision sheet metal parts, machining and the design and production of dedicated tooling for aerospace programs – particularly within engine and structural applications.

Over the past five years, we have delivered more than 1.7 million aerospace components, supporting long-term serial production within demanding aerospace programs. Our organisation employs approximately 300 specialists, ensuring operational stability, production continuity and engineering support at every stage of cooperation.

We operate within complex aerospace supply chains, cooperating with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in projects requiring the highest level of quality responsibility. Our competitive advantage lies in our in-house engineering and technological design office together with our own toolshop, enabling full control over process preparation, tooling development and production optimisation.

Our capabilities include cold forming on 2–230 ton presses, CNC machining, design and manufacturing of dies, molds and assembly fixtures, CMM inspection and FPI testing. We ensure full material traceability and implementation of PPAP and FAI processes. In recent years, we have recorded a customer claim rate of only 0.028‰, confirming stable and repeatable production performance.

We operate under certified management systems AS9100, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and we hold a Military Licence issued by the Polish Ministry of Interior enabling participation in defence-related aerospace programs.
