About

The iProbe Wing is an advanced air data probe specifically optimized for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), where constraints on size, weight, and power (SWaP) are critical. Mounted on the wing or fuselage, it captures essential flight parameters including airspeed, static and total pressure, and flow angles, enabling precise determination of the aerodynamic state of the vehicle.

A key feature of the iProbe Wing is its integration of a built-in Air Data Computer (ADC). The probe not only measures aerodynamic pressures but also processes these signals directly within the probe, delivering calibrated, real-time air data outputs. This eliminates the need for separate external processing units and significantly simplifies system integration on compact UAV platforms.

To ensure reliable operation in a wide range of environmental conditions, the probe is equipped with integrated anti-icing functionality, preventing ice accretion on the sensing ports and maintaining measurement accuracy during operations in cold or icing-prone environments.
