Seed Round: Building Europe's Counter-UAS Protection-as-a-Service Layer
CEO at CENDEF
Berlin, Germany
About
CENDEF — Central Defence Command is raising a seed round to scale managed Counter-UAS protection for European critical infrastructure.
The opportunity:
-
Urgent, regulation-driven market — Energy grids, logistics and industrial sites face a real drone threat today, with NIS2 and KRITIS obligations turning protection from optional to mandatory.
-
Recurring-revenue model — Protection delivered as a managed service, billed monthly. Capital-light for the customer, predictable and compounding for the company.
-
Defensible position — We own the full cycle from audit to live operation, plus the regulatory pathway for lawful active countermeasures. This is operational depth competitors selling hardware do not have.
-
Team — Founded by a team combining Deep-Tech leadership, high-power laser and Bundeswehr engineering expertise, with deep access to the scarce talent and operator networks this market runs on.
Use of funds: Productising the managed-service stack, building the first anchor deployments, and scaling the operating model across European critical-infrastructure operators.
We are looking for defence-tech and dual-use investors, and strategic partners who can accelerate market access. Detailed materials and financials shared under NDA on request.
Berlin-based. Building the protection layer European critical infrastructure is missing — for operators who cannot afford to wait for the state.
