eMobility Research Hub is a specialized SME based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We accelerate the transition to clean mobility through research, strategy, feasibility studies, and implementation frameworks for public authorities and operators across Romania and Eastern Europe.

What we do We turn evidence into infrastructure. Our work spans national climate and transport strategies, county-level feasibility studies, and applied tools that help municipalities and operators test scenarios before committing capital.

Tools we are developing

• Mobility Twin: an interactive hydrogen scenario model on a live map. Place plants, tune electrolyzer power, electricity price and grant share, and recompute LCOH, CAPEX, NPV and CO₂ avoided in real time

• H₂ Vision: a municipal hydrogen planning platform for bus fleets, TEN-T context and transition pace, with CO₂ impact, investment calendar and RFNBO compliance checks

• H₂Vantage: a strategic hydrogen planning layer for public authorities, covering ecosystem, investment and action-calendar views

• Traffic analysis tool: a live traffic-intelligence dashboard with congestion severity, hourly profiles, hotspot rankings and historical trend snapshots
