SIA HyAero Dynamics

HyAero Dynamics Ltd. is a Latvian deep-tech company developing innovative hydrogen-powered mobility solutions for aviation and autonomous systems. The company specializes in the design, integration, and demonstration of hydrogen technologies, including PEM electrolyzers, hydrogen storage systems, fuel cell powertrains, and zero-emission mobility applications.

HyAero Dynamics is currently implementing a hydrogen-powered airport ground support equipment project in cooperation with the German manufacturer MULAG Fahrzeugwerk, one of the world's leading producers of airport ground handling vehicles. The project focuses on the deployment, testing, and validation of a hydrogen-powered MULAG baggage and towing tractor, supporting the transition of airport operations toward zero-emission ground handling. The activities include hydrogen production, refuelling infrastructure, vehicle integration, operational testing, data collection, and performance evaluation under real airport operating conditions.

Building on this experience, HyAero Dynamics is expanding its activities towards hydrogen-powered autonomous aerial systems. The company is developing next-generation hydrogen-powered dual-use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) designed for long-endurance missions in infrastructure inspection, emergency response, environmental monitoring, border surveillance, and critical infrastructure protection.

HyAero Dynamics combines expertise in hydrogen production, fuel cell integration, energy system engineering, and advanced mobility technologies, enabling the company to transform innovative hydrogen concepts into commercially viable products that support Europe's decarbonisation and technological sovereignty objectives.
