Fibers365 utilizes the IP-protected Steam Explosion pulping process . We have already commissioned six Steam Fiber plants in Western and Eastern Europe with a total processing capacity of 60,000 metric tons per year. The company's approach involves decentralized, energy-autonomous, chemical-free processing of renewable biomasses, particularly straw and other annual biomasses, to produce fiber materials for various industries, including paper, non-woven fabrics, fiber casting, and textiles. Additionally, the process yields nonfibrous resources like chemically treated lignin and raw materials for bio-plastics like PLA and PHB.

Current and Previous experience in Projects:

1. Development and operation of a network of licensed and proprietary steam fiber units in connection with biogas plants

2. Valorization projects using wheat straw, miscanthus, hemp and sweet grasses (ex: canary grass and reed grass) as raw materials for fiber production for packaging or textile´s applications.

3. Projects on biomass-based bioplastic and vegan leather production.

4. Valorization projects using wheat straw, miscanthus or other agricultural by-products as raw materials for high value technical lignin´s production.
