NOIET is a foodtech startup that has developed NOIFERM, a clean-label, fermented and multifunctional ingredient obtained through the upcycling of by-products from the plant-based beverage industry. In a single ingredient, it combines natural antioxidant and preservative properties, while also being rich in protein and fiber. The goal is to eliminate synthetic additives from food labels, while improving the nutritional profile of products and valorize food by-products.
