Innovative microbiological diagnostics

We can bring extensive knwledge in the development and in the validaiton of innovative diagnostics for rapid detection and accurate identification (secies and strain level)of microbial starters and contaminants. Our main expertise is in molecular methods based on PCR (end-point, real-time and LAMP) and NGS (metabarcoding and shot-gun) in standard and miniautorized or automated system (e.g. lab-on-chip); hower we have experince also with innovative rapid approaches such as flow cytometry, NIR spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
