CIRUU Energy is a London-based advisory boutique operating across the Europe–Africa corridor. We support companies, investors, project developers and public institutions in navigating energy regulation, cross-border investment, energy security, critical-minerals value chains and the energy transition.

Our capabilities include regulatory intelligence and compliance, market and geopolitical analysis, investment assurance, project execution and market access, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications and executive briefings. CIRUU combines policy, legal, commercial and regional expertise through a senior core team and specialist partner network.

For Horizon Europe collaborations, we can contribute policy and regulatory analysis, market intelligence, stakeholder mapping and engagement, project management, communication and dissemination, and Europe–Africa cooperation. We are also developing PReIntel, a concept for AI-enabled monitoring and analysis of multi-jurisdictional energy and critical-minerals regulation.

At ICTürkiye2026, we seek research organisations, technology developers, SMEs and consortia working on smart and renewable energy, green and digital industry, AI applications in energy systems and resilient critical-minerals supply chains.
